Project enquiries

Your name, email, optional phone number, project type, optional budget, and any project details you submit are saved on our server with a submission date. We use these details to review your enquiry and reply. The system also attempts to email the enquiry to our business inbox and send you a confirmation email. An enquiry is not published as a review.

Public reviews

Accepted reviews are published immediately, without a separate approval step. Your name (if provided), rating, headline, review text, and submission date are saved on our server and available publicly through the reviews page and its API. If you leave the name blank, the page displays Anonymous. The system also attempts to send the review to our business inbox.

The review form does not ask for an email address or phone number. Do not include email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, or other private information in your name, headline, or review. An IP-based request limit and a hidden spam-check field help reduce automated submissions.

Website analytics and services

The site loads Umami analytics from analytics.dream-designers.com to help us understand visits. Its tracking script sends the visited page URL, page title, referring page, browser language, and screen dimensions to the analytics service. Page URLs can include query strings. Avoid putting private information into a page URL.

The website also uses hosting and email services to serve pages and deliver messages, and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser makes requests to these services when you use the site.
